Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience. Majors: Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience: Rapid7, Tenable Nessus, Kali Linux, Metasploit, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, CVSS, Infrastructure Security, Salesforce, SNOW, ITSM, Cyber PAM, MITRE Attack framework, Python, PowerShell, DAST, vulnerability assessment, collaborating with cross-functional teams & stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating business requirements from functional documents into technical design documents for IT system components, designing, architecting, and building applications with security standards, and providing technical consultation for IT management to ensure the design and development of efficient application systems. Research, analyze, and brief management and team members on relevant risks and mitigations across various technologies involved across the systems. Design, architect, and build vulnerability management scanning infrastructure and tools. Manage, configure, and conduct vulnerability management scans across various networks and perform in-depth vulnerability management analysis through industry research, detailed reporting, and dashboard generation to assess and prioritize risks accurately. Evaluate security vulnerabilities, assess risks and impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and implement remediation measures. Present technical briefings to team members and customers. Create scripts using Python, PowerShell, and other tools to automate vulnerability management tasks. Optimize vulnerability scanning platforms and ensure their resiliency. Maintain vulnerability identification coverage, gap mitigation, and accuracy of findings. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Maintain relationships with vulnerability management solutions providers and technology partners. Track and report on thematic issues. Ensure adequate incident management and response. Contribute to strategic tool deployment initiatives. Escalate issues to senior leadership in a timely manner. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams during zero-day incidents and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity for immediate closure. Create comprehensive vulnerability assessment policies. Conduct meetings to explain vulnerabilities' impact. Implement and verify security controls per policy standards. Review secure configuration documents for compliance. Review SOC alerts. Perform vulnerability assessments for affected servers, applications, and databases. Conduct trend analysis and prepare security posture and compliance dashboards for the CISO and business heads. Work with the following: Rapid7, Tenable Nessus, Kali Linux, Metasploit, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, CVSS, Infrastructure Security, Salesforce, SNOW, ITSM, Cyber PAM, MITRE Attack framework, Python, PowerShell, DAST; vulnerability assessment; collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
